Create a versatile sleeping arrangement with the Lodge Barnwood Side-by-Side Full Loft Beds with Center Ladder, handcrafted in Minnesota from solid rough-sawn Norway pine. This distinctive configuration features two elevated Full-size loft beds with a shared slanted center ladder and access platform, combining heavy-duty construction with the authentic rustic character of the Lodge Barnwood Collection.
Ideal for vacation homes, mountain cabins, large guest rooms, and shared sleeping spaces, these side-by-side Full loft beds provide comfortable sleeping accommodations while offering the flexibility to add optional Full or Queen beds beneath either loft.
Each upper Full loft supports up to 800 lbs. per sleeping surface, making this configuration suitable for adults and families seeking substantial, long-lasting sleeping accommodations.

The two Full loft beds are positioned side by side with a 15-inch space between them, accommodating a shared slanted center ladder and elevated access platform.
The ladder leads to the platform, where sleepers can access either upper Full bed by climbing over its adjoining headboard. Both headboards retain their traditional Barnwood design without access cutouts.
This shared ladder arrangement eliminates the need for two separate ladders while providing access to both elevated sleeping surfaces.
Built for strength and durability, the Lodge Barnwood Side-by-Side Full Loft Beds feature substantial solid Norway pine construction, including:
The substantial solid wood construction provides strength and stability for adults and families seeking heavy-duty sleeping accommodations.
The Lodge Barnwood Collection is handcrafted from new, rough-sawn Norway pine rather than reclaimed lumber. Each piece is selected for its natural beauty and distinctive rustic appearance.
Visible saw marks, natural knots, checking, cracks, and variations in the wood grain contribute to the authentic Barnwood character.
These natural characteristics are intentional and make each bed unique. Variations in wood texture, grain, and finish are part of the collection's rustic appeal.
Customize your Lodge Barnwood Side-by-Side Full Loft Beds with optional Little Jack Barnwood Beds, available in Full or Queen sizes and designed to complement the rustic appearance and solid wood construction of the upper lofts.
Each lower bed is handcrafted from rough-sawn Norway pine and features traditional mortise-and-tenon joinery, substantial 4" x 4" corner posts, solid 2"-thick vertical headboard slats, and heavy-duty 2" x 6" side rails.
All optional lower beds are supplied with low-profile footboards, providing a more open appearance and easier access beneath the elevated Full loft beds.
The Little Jack Barnwood Beds feature the same natural wood characteristics as the Lodge Barnwood Collection, including visible saw marks, knots, checking, cracks, and distinctive grain variations.
Please Note: Optional lower beds are sold separately and must be selected when ordering. All lower beds feature low-profile footboards; standard-height footboards are not offered with this configuration.
The optional Little Jack Queen bed measures approximately 90"L x 66"W x 52"H, with the 52-inch height referring to the headboard.
When positioned perpendicular to the upper Full loft, the Queen bed's 66-inch width fits within the approximately 74-inch opening between the loft's corner posts, leaving about 8 inches of total clearance.
Due to this arrangement, entering and exiting the lower Queen bed requires additional maneuvering and may involve sliding or crawling toward the open side.
The Lodge Barnwood loft beds provide approximately 53½" of clearance from the floor to the underside of the upper bed rail.
Optional Little Jack Barnwood lower beds have mattress support slats approximately 7" above the floor. With a standard 8" box spring, the mattress foundation sits approximately 15" above the floor.
Available headroom depends on mattress thickness:
10" Mattress: 28½" of clearance above the mattress
12" Mattress: 26½" of clearance above the mattress
14" Mattress: 24½" of clearance above the mattress
For maximum headroom, consider a lower-profile mattress and box spring combination. Actual measurements may vary slightly depending on the foundation and mattress selected.
With an overall length of 179 inches, this substantial configuration requires a spacious room. Measure the available floor space and ceiling height carefully, allowing sufficient clearance for the slanted center ladder and safe access to both upper loft beds.
Because the upper loft headboards arrive fully assembled, verify that doorways, hallways, stairwells, and turning areas can accommodate these large components before ordering.
Optional Queen lower beds extend outward beyond the upper Full loft structure. Allow sufficient floor space for the complete lower-bed arrangement and access around the beds.
Please review the Lower Bed Mattress Height & Clearance section above to determine available headroom based on your selected mattress and box spring.
