Shipping Policy


* Orders are usually shipped within 10-15 business days of placing an order. Therefore, a typical order is delivered to customers within 12 to 15 business days subject to item availability

* To be able to provide you with the lowest shipping rates, all deliveries via freight companies will be curbside deliveries. It will be your responsibility to bring the furniture inside the premise.

* Inside delivery may also be available at an extra charge. Offered in Orange County, CA and parts of Los Angeles only. Please call for availability in your area. ( Inside delivery option is not available during Covid 19 pandemic).

* Enjoy free shipping ( curbside delivery) within continental contiguous U.S.A on most orders.

*The Free Shipping service offered includes a 15 minute grace period for the freight company to unload the shipment and get a signed delivery receipt. The freight company will charge the consignee ( receiver of the shipment ) a $77 fee for an additional 15 minutes and $65 fee for each 15 minute period thereafter. 

Beyond Point Delivery & Congested urban areas:  In some cases, our freight carriers may deem a certain area, based on location, to be a 'beyond point' or 'remote' delivery location' such as the Florida Keys and other remote locations and congested urban areas such as New York City, Boston and others. This is because the freight carrier does not perform regular deliveries in these areas or charge extra fees for congested urban areas and as a result, Just Bunk Beds is being charged beyond mile fees for these services. These fees can be $95 or more based on shipping location. To ensure we keep the lowest possible prices on our furniture, when necessary, these beyond mile fees will be added to the total cost of your order. For US customers, beyond fees, if applicable, will be clearly communicated to you within 48 hours of placing your order and before order is shipped. Enjoy free shipping within the contiguous United States.

* Please call for shipping rates to Hawaii, Alaska and Canada and destinations not reached directly by freight trucks on land as additional costs will apply". Currently, we are not shipping to Canada. 

* White Glove delivery includes inside delivery, placement of items in room of choice, light assembly, and removal of cartons and other packaging materials. Please contact us for additional fees. You must let us know prior to placing an order if you wish to have inside delivery or White Glove delivery service. Offered in Orange County, CA and parts of Los Angeles only at this time.

* Tracking information will be provided via email as soon as the order is shipped.

* Freight companies will only give a time slot for delivery which is usually 2 to 4 hours, or sometimes it can be during business hours with no specific time. You will have to make an arrangements to receive the package or have someone at your home or business to receive it on your behalf.

* All deliveries are made Monday to Friday only

Shipping Policy To Canada (Currently, we are not shipping to Canada ) 

* Please contact us for shipping fees to Canada.

* All deliveries via freight companies will be curbside deliveries, assembly is not included

* Canadian buyers are responsible for all Sales Tax and Duty Tax and fees in Canada

* The freight company will call in advance to schedule delivery appointment.

* All deliveries are made Monday to Friday only

* Tracking information will be provided via email as soon as the order is shipped.


Alternative Shipping Methods for Canadian Buyers Near Niagara Falls

* Few Online Canadian buyers elect to have their orders shipped across the border to a Moving and storage service in Niagara Falls, New York such as Kuhns Moving. Then they make arrangements to pick the order themselves and take into Canada.

Return Policy Guidelines

* It is important that you inspect the package or packages at the time of delivery, if any package is damaged in shipping, we request that you note “damage product” on the delivery receipt. If necessary, replacement parts will be sent to you. If you decide you do not want parts or a replacement, the item can be returned under our standard return policy.

* It is important that all packages are accounted for at the time of delivery before you sign the delivery receipt. The delivery receipt should indicate the number of pieces shipped to you.

* It is your responsibility to check all your items prior to signing the delivery receipt.

Return Policy

* Once an order has been shipped, the order can no longer be canceled, it will be treated under standard return policy.

* If an order is shipped in error, it is our responsibility to retrieve the product and replace with the correct product.

* Mattresses, under bed drawers, trundles are NOT returnable.

* Viking Industries bunk beds are custom made and are NOT Returnable. Orders can not be canceled.


Standard Return Policy

* If you receive your order and you find out that the item is too big to fit in your room or you just don’t like. No problem, you can return it, please follow the following simple steps.

A) We must be notified with 7 days of receiving your item of intent to return order

B) Call us and request RMA. We will give you an RMA number and a return address.

C) Wrap the packages carefully. All returned products must be in original condition and packaging including all packaging materials, otherwise, additional charges may be applied.

Our products are offered with free shipping, so please be aware that if you return one of these products, our actual outbound and inbound shipping costs will still be deducted from your return refund.

D) Some manufacturers do not accept returns, if you have any question or doubt please consult with us prior to placing your order.

* All products properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund, which may include an in-store credit or credit to the original payment method. Upon return of the product, we will credit you for the total purchase price less the outbound and inbound shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees.
