Return Policy Guidelines
Standard Return Policy
If you receive your order and you find out that the item is too big to fit in your room or you just dont like. No problem, you can return it, please follow the following simple steps. Assembled furniture is not returnable.
A) We must be notified with 7 days of receiving your item of intent to return order
B) Call us and request RMA. We will give you an RMA number and a return address.
C) Wrap the packages carefully. All returned products must be in original condition in original boxes including all packaging materials.
D) Our products are offered with free shipping, so please be aware that if you return one of these products, our actual outbound and inbound shipping costs will still be deducted from your return refund.
E) Some manufacturers do not accept returns, if you have any question or doubt please consult with us prior to placing your order.
F) All products properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund, which may include an in-store credit or credit to the original payment method. Upon return of the product, we will credit you for the total purchase price less the outbound and inbound shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees. Manufacturers will not accept returns without original boxes.

A) Once an order has been shipped or being prepared for shipping, the order can no longer be canceled, it will be treated under standard return policy.
B) If an order is shipped in error, it is our responsibility to retrieve the product and replace with the correct product.
C) Mattresses are NOT returnable.
