This updated version includes a space saving side mounted ladder for ease of access to upper bed, a dual height setting bottom rail, the first setting is 4 inches off the floor, creating a head clearance of 43", or a second height 12 inches off the floor creating a clearance of 35". This bunk is beautifully crafted from quality Eco-friendly solid hardwoods to ensure strength, sturdiness and durability. The headboard and foot-board feature a classic bead-board style with square posts and hidden hardware for a clean look. One upper headboard will include opening for a straight ladder. The sturdy queen bunk features 2 full length safety rails, metal to metal connection for structural strength and an under bed slat support system. This bunk is perfect choice for growing kids, college students & adults as it offers ample headroom between top and bottom bunk, and is designed to easily separate into individual separate beds, when needed.
