The Gary Twin over Twin Bunk Bed combines solid wood construction with a classic Mission-style design and a compact footprint that works well in shared bedrooms, guest rooms, and vacation homes. With a 600 lb. weight capacity per sleeping level, it provides the strength and flexibility needed for everyday use.

The bunk bed can be separated into two individual Twin beds, allowing the room configuration to change as your needs change. Full-length upper guardrails, sturdy bed rails, metal-to-metal connections, and a mattress-ready slat support system complete the durable design.

Choose between a vertical or slanted ladder, and make use of the space beneath the lower bed with optional under-bed drawers or a Twin trundle.

Ladder Options

  • Choose between a slanted ladder or vertical ladder
  • Ladder is reversible and can be positioned on the right or left side
  • Wide 3" grooved steps provide secure footing
  • Slanted ladder: Angled design provides easier climbing but requires additional floor space
  • Vertical ladder: More space-efficient and does not extend onto the floor
  • Vertical ladder is recommended when adding a trundle or under-bed drawers

Under-Bed Options

  • Under-bed drawers provide convenient storage below the lower bunk
  • Twin trundle provides an additional Twin sleeping surface
  • Trundles include two removable dividers and can also be used for storage
  • Twin trundle mattresses must not exceed 8" in thickness
  • Under-bed options are sold separately

Mattress Requirements

  • Requires two Twin mattresses — one for the upper bunk and one for the lower bunk.
  • We recommend an 8" thick Twin mattress for the upper bunk to maintain proper guardrail height and comfortable sleeping clearance.
  • The lower Twin bed can accommodate a thicker mattress depending on your preferred sleeping clearance.
  • When adding the optional Twin trundle, one additional Twin XL mattress is required.
  • The trundle mattress should not exceed 8" in thickness.
  • Mattresses are sold separately.
