Dillon Full XL over Queen Bunk Bed

The Dillon Full XL over Queen Bunk Bed combines heavy-duty construction with generous sleeping space for teenagers and adults. Crafted from eco-friendly solid hardwood, it features classic beadboard paneling, square posts, full-length upper guardrails, and durable metal-to-metal connections for added structural strength.

The Full XL upper bunk provides extra sleeping length, while the Queen lower bunk offers additional width and comfort. A sturdy wooden ladder can be positioned on either side of the bed, with short and long ladder options available to accommodate different room layouts and under-bed configurations.

For additional functionality, add optional under-bed storage drawers or a Twin XL or Full XL trundle. The bunk bed can also be separated into two individual beds as your sleeping needs change.

Mattress Requirements

• Top bunk: Full XL mattress — recommended thickness 8 inches or less.
• Lower bunk: Queen mattress — recommended thickness 8 inches or less.
• Optional Twin XL trundle: Twin XL mattress — maximum 8 inches thick.
• Optional Full XL trundle: Full XL mattress — maximum 8 inches thick.
• No box spring or foundation required.

Ladder Options

Choose between a short vertical ladder or a longer slanted ladder to best suit your room layout and under-bed configuration.

• Short vertical ladder: Provides a space-efficient climbing option and does not interfere with the optional trundle.
• Long slanted ladder: Extends to the floor for comfortable climbing but is not compatible with the trundle because it extends into the trundle pull-out area.
• Ladder can be positioned on either side of the bunk bed.

Adding a trundle? Be sure to allow enough open floor space beside the bunk bed for the trundle to pull out completely. The shorter ladder is recommended with a trundle because it stays close to the bed and does not interfere with operation.
