Dillon Full XL over Full XL Wood Bunk Bed

The Dillon Heavy-Duty Full XL over Full XL Bunk Bed combines oversized sleeping space with the strength and durability of solid hardwood construction. Designed for older children, teens and adults, each Full XL bunk provides additional length while supporting up to 600 lbs. per bed.

The bunk bed features substantial square posts, deep side rails, classic beadboard-style headboards and footboards, and metal-to-metal connections for added structural strength. Full-length guardrails surround the upper bunk, while included slat-roll foundations eliminate the need for box springs or bunkie boards.

For added flexibility, the bunk bed can be separated into two individual Full XL beds when your sleeping arrangements change. Choose between a space-saving vertical ladder or a slanted ladder for easier climbing. Both ladder styles can be positioned on either the right or left side of the bunk bed.

Optional under-bed configurations make it easy to adapt the bed to your room. Choose storage drawers with a center cubbie for everyday organization, or add either a Twin XL or Full XL pull-out trundle for additional sleeping space. Both trundle sizes include two removable dividers, allowing the trundle to also be used for under-bed storage when an extra mattress is not needed.

Ladder Options

Vertical Ladder

The vertical ladder provides a compact footprint and is the recommended choice when using the optional storage drawers or trundle. It rests against the lower side rail rather than extending outward onto the floor.

Slanted Ladder

The slanted ladder provides an angled climbing position and features wide steps for comfortable access to the upper bunk. Because it extends outward from the bed, additional floor space should be allowed. I would avoid recommending this ladder when a trundle is selected.

Both ladders attach to the side rails and can be positioned on either the right or left side of the bunk bed.

Storage Drawers with Cubbie

The optional storage unit features two independently operated drawers with a cubbie, providing convenient storage for clothing, bedding and other bedroom essentials.

Twin XL Trundle

Provides an additional Twin XL sleeping surface and accommodates a Twin XL mattress up to 8" thick. The trundle includes two removable dividers, allowing it to be used for storage when a mattress is not installed.

Full XL Trundle

Provides a larger Full XL sleeping surface and accommodates a Full XL mattress up to 8" thick. It also includes two removable dividers for optional storage use.
