Dillon Extra Long Twin Bunk with Storage Stairs

The Dillon Extra Long Twin Bunk Bed with Storage Stairs combines heavy-duty construction, extra sleeping length and built-in storage in one space-saving design. With a Twin XL bed on both the upper and lower levels, it provides 5 inches of additional mattress length compared with a standard twin bunk bed, making it a practical choice for teens, college students and adults.

Built from solid hardwood and engineered for everyday use, the Dillon features substantial 3-1/4" square posts, reinforced bed rails, metal-to-metal connections and full-length upper guardrails. Both the upper and lower beds support up to 600 lbs., making this a strong option for bedrooms, vacation homes and shared sleeping spaces.

The four-step storage staircase provides easier access to the upper bunk while adding useful drawer storage. The stairs can be installed on either the right or left side of the bunk bed, allowing the layout to work with different room configurations.

For additional storage or sleeping space, choose optional under-bed drawers with cubbie storage or a Twin XL roll-out trundle. The bunk bed can also be separated into two individual Twin XL beds as your needs change.

An 8" upper mattress provides a comfortable sleeping surface while helping preserve the intended guardrail height and sleeping clearance above the mattress.

Storage Staircase

The four-step storage staircase offers comfortable access to the upper bunk while making use of otherwise unused space. Built-in drawers provide convenient storage for clothing, bedding and other bedroom essentials.

The staircase can be installed on either the right or left side of the bunk bed, giving you more flexibility when planning your room. The complete bunk bed measures approximately 107" long with the staircase installed, so be sure to consider the full footprint when measuring your space.

Dual-height Lower Bunk

The lower bunk can be assembled at one of two height settings depending on how you plan to use the bed.

Lower setting: The bottom of the lower rail sits approximately 4" above the floor, providing approximately 43" of clearance between the bunks. This setting provides more headroom but does not accommodate a trundle or under-bed storage.

Higher setting: The bottom of the lower rail sits approximately 12" above the floor, providing approximately 35" of clearance between the bunks. This setting provides the space needed for an optional trundle or under-bed storage.

Choose the setting that works best for your room before assembly.

Under-Bed Options

Make better use of the space beneath the lower bunk with your choice of optional under-bed storage or an additional sleeping surface.

Under-Bed Drawers with Cubbie Storage: Add convenient storage for clothing, bedding, shoes and everyday bedroom items while keeping the space beneath the bunk organized.

Twin XL Roll-Out Trundle: Add an additional Twin XL sleeping surface for overnight guests without permanently taking up more floor space. The trundle rolls underneath the lower bunk when not in use.

The under-bed drawers and trundle are optional and sold separately. A trundle mattress should not exceed 8" in thickness.
