The Dillon Twin XL Loft Bed with Storage Stairs combines heavy-duty construction, convenient stair access, built-in storage, and an open space-saving design. With 53 inches of clearance from the floor to the bottom of the upper bed rail, the area below remains open for a desk, seating, storage, or simply additional usable floor space.
Built from solid hardwood with classic beadboard detailing, the Dillon is designed for durability and long-term use. The Twin XL sleeping surface provides 5 inches of additional length compared with a standard Twin, making it an excellent choice for taller teens, college students, and adults. Heavy-duty bed rails, substantial corner posts, metal-to-metal connections, and a 600 lb. recommended weight capacity provide strength and stability for everyday use.
The storage staircase provides an easier approach to the upper bed while adding four built-in drawers, one in each step. The staircase is reversible and can be installed on either end of the loft bed during assembly, allowing the configuration to work with different room layouts.

The Dillon Twin XL Loft Bed provides 53 inches of open clearance below the upper bed rail, allowing the space underneath to be configured for a desk, seating, storage, or other uses.
The storage staircase adds convenient access to the upper bed along with four built-in drawers. Because the staircase extends beyond the end of the loft bed, allow for the complete 109-inch overall length when planning the room. The reversible staircase can be installed on either end during assembly to accommodate different room layouts.
For comfortable use of the upper sleeping area, we recommend a ceiling height of approximately 8 feet or higher.
