Lodge Queen Over Queen Barnwood Bunk Bed

The Lodge Queen Over Queen Barnwood Bunk Bed combines massive solid-wood construction with the rustic character of traditional cabin and lodge furniture. Built in the USA from rough-sawn Norway pine, this heavy-duty Queen bunk bed provides two spacious Queen-size sleeping surfaces for adults, teens, vacation homes, cabins and bunk rooms.

Each piece of pine is selected for its natural character, including saw marks, knots, cracks and other variations that give the Barnwood Collection its distinctive rustic appearance. Heavy 4" x 4" corner posts and substantial side rails create a sturdy bunk bed with an 800 lb. weight capacity.

The upper and lower Queen bunks provide approximately 36" of clearance between the bottom of the upper side rail and the top of the lower side rail, providing generous separation between sleeping levels.

The Lodge Queen bunk can also be configured with an optional front-mounted vertical ladder and an optional under-bed trundle for additional sleeping capacity. Available Barnwood finishes make it easy to coordinate the bed with rustic, cabin, lodge and mountain-home interiors.

Important — Check Your Access Before Ordering

The Queen-size headboards are delivered fully assembled and measure approximately 74"H x 67"W.

Before ordering, please make sure these large assembled pieces can be moved from the delivery location to the room where the bunk bed will be installed. Measure doorways, hallways, stairways, landings, turns and other tight areas along the entire path through your home or cabin.

The Queen headboards cannot be disassembled into smaller sections for moving through the home.

Mattress Requirements

• Requires (2) Queen-size mattresses
• 8" thick mattress recommended for the upper bunk
• Lodge/Barnwood bunk beds can accommodate mattresses approximately 8" to 10" thick
• Mattresses sold separately
• When using a trundle, select the appropriate mattress size and thickness for the chosen trundle

Ladder & Trundle Options

The bunk bed includes ladder access built into the bed ends. An optional detachable vertical ladder can also be added to the front of the bunk bed, with the ladder opening positioned on either the right or left side.

For additional sleeping space, an optional solid-wood trundle is available in Twin XL, Full XL or Queen size. The trundle rolls on eight wheels for easier access and stores beneath the lower bunk when not in use.
