Introducing a new version of the popular Dillon high twin XL over Queen bunk bed. This new version includes a space saving side mounted ladder for ease of access to upper bed and a dual height setting bottom rail version, featuring 2 height settings for the lower rail, the first setting all the way to the bottom creating a head clearance of 47", or a second height setting creating a clearance of 35". The bunk features Eco-friendly solid hardwood frame construction. The XL twin over Queen size makes this bed perfect for youth and adults. The bottom bed features privacy bead board paneling. Additional features include full length safety rails for the upper unit, metal to metal connection for structural strength, and under bed slat support system. This system can be converted into two separate beds. Want to increase functionality? Add under bed storage drawers or trundle, these 2 options only work when the lower rail is set up at the higher level.

Under Bed Options:

• If the higher rail setting is to be used the under bed storage or trundle can be added

• The under bed storage features 2 drawers and a cubby bookcase

• The under bed trundle feature a faux-3-drawer front, and is available in twin XL and full XL version
