Austin Twin XL over Twin XL Bunk Bed w/ Ladder on End

Provide comfortable, space-saving sleeping accommodations with the Austin Twin XL over Twin XL Dual Height Bunk Bed. Constructed from eco-friendly solid hardwood, this bunk bed features classic beadboard paneling and clean lines that complement a variety of room styles. The Twin XL sleeping surfaces provide additional length for taller teens and adults, while the dual-height design allows the lower bed to be positioned at two different heights.

At the lower setting, the bed provides additional headroom for the bottom bunk. At the higher setting, there is room underneath for an optional Twin XL trundle or storage drawers. To access the top bunk, a space-saving vertical ladder is integrated into the end of the bed and provides access through an opening in the headboard. Full-length guardrails provide added protection for the top bunk sleeper. Both beds include slat support systems, so no box spring is required. The bunk bed can also be separated into two individual Twin XL beds when your sleeping needs change.

Dual Setting Lower Rail: 

• Lower rail can be set at 2 height settings

• Lower setting (bottom of the rail is 4" off the floor) creates a headspace of 43" high clearance, with this setting a trundle or drawers CAN NOT BE USED

• Higher rail setting (bottom of the rail is 12" off the floor) creates a headspace of 35" clearance, with this setting a trundle or drawers will work
